About Me
Jeremy Lane is a Certified Massage Therapist working in the Montreal area. Jeremy is an active member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes agréés (FQM), and is certified in Swedish massage, and Prenatal massage from IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy.
Swedish massage involves using manual techniques on the musculoskeletal system to direct blood through the muscles and back to the heart, aiding in the reduction of physiological waste products, adhesions (knots), and muscle tension.
Jeremy’s approach as a massage therapist centers around client comfort, professionalism, and consistency. He believes that Swedish massage should be relaxing, therapeutic, and effective.
